On March 12th, as the International Consumer Rights Protection Day approaches, the "Craftsman's Heart Casting Products and Quality Leading the Future" - March 15th, 2024 International Consumer Rights Protection Day symposium, sponsored by the Hengli Branch of Dongguan Market Supervision Administration and Letaron Electronic Co., Ltd. and organized by the Quality Technology Research Center, was held at Letaron Zero Carbon Factory. Representatives from the municipal market supervision department, Municipal Consumer Committee, Provincial Customized Home Furnishings Association, third-party testing and certification institutions, brand customers, and suppliers attended the symposium, discussing the path of industry quality co construction and high-quality development.
Before the symposium, the attending representatives visited the Zero Carbon Factory and NQI Building, and listened to the experience sharing and achievement report of enterprises in quality co construction and innovative application of the National Quality Infrastructure (NQI) one-stop service platform.
As a national specialized and innovative "little giant" in the field of optoelectronic intelligent control, Letaron has attached great importance to quality construction and investment since its establishment. It has not only established a quality technology research center, but also invested in the construction of a testing building, which can achieve about 200 sub inspections. Every year, it provides testing and certification value-added services to hundreds of industry customers. It is an important platform to support the high-quality innovation and development of enterprises and the industry, and has been rated as a demonstration pilot of the National Quality Infrastructure (NQI) one-stop service platform.
During the symposium, the Dongguan Market Supervision and Administration Bureau (Intellectual Property Bureau) launched the first round of "Assisting Enterprises in Promoting Consumption and Stimulating Consumption Vitality" tour preaching, promoting knowledge of market supervision and consumer rights protection laws and regulations, helping enterprises improve their service level, and promoting the healthy development of the consumer market.
After the symposium, the attending representatives jointly witnessed the unveiling of the "Letaron Quality Lecture Hall". The lecture hall will continue to speak out for quality, convey the concept of quality co construction, and jointly promote the high-quality development of the industry.
In the future, under the guidance of government departments at all levels, Letaron will work together with brand customers, suppliers, and third-party testing and certification institutions to fully leverage the role of the National Quality Infrastructure (NQI) one-stop service platform, create new quality productivity, provide more high-quality products to consumers, and assist in the high-quality development of the industry upstream and downstream.
