封顶仪式上，擎洲光电董事长方静女士代表擎洲光电董事会及建设单位致辞，向参加项目建设的各单位表示衷心感谢，对各参建单位和协同单位的辛勤付出表示高度认可，希望全体参建单位、参建人员保质保量的按计划推进后期的施工建设，确保项目按期交付。
